2019, April – OOO FFK Logistika signed export contracts with four large VF companies. They manufacture orgalite, building mixtures, sawn timber and paints. We have acquired full service chemical equipment (ADR) delivery from Saint Petersburg to the US through Estonia including marking, palleting and customs formalities on door-to-door terms.
*We introduced a cloud-based customer management system (CRM)* to the company, which allows us to manage transport orders, payments and accounting. It is possible to integrate e-data exchange (EDI) with the client’s system. We achieved an efficiency increase of at least 30%.
**We started offering a new service: partial loads on route Estonia (EU) – Russia. Including storage and customs formalities. Our company provides the option of selling and purchasing goods and a VAT refund.
